Seat-Store.com Ltd is a web based office supplies company. We supply office furniture and associated products and services to businesses and members of the public in the UK.

The prices displayed on this site are for orders placed through our site only. Prices and the availability of items are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit sales. Offers and product ranges displayed on this website are not available to wholesalers or resellers of office supplies.

Any pictures, descriptions and reference to our products are supplied as an indication to the product and may not be a true or accurate representation. Seat-Store.Com Ltd takes every effort to ensure the information provided is correct. The images used on the site are only a representation of the products and can often show a range of products or may even be in the incorrect colour.

Payment Options and VAT:

Once you have decided what you want to buy, you can choose from the following payment options--and rest assured that your details are safe with us.

We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro and Solo.

We can also accept payment by cheque however your order will not be processed until the cheque has been cleared.

All goods are subject to VAT and you will receive a VAT receipt from Seat-Store.Com Ltd.

Furniture Showroom:

It is possible for our furniture to be viewed at our distribution centre located in Milton Keynes. If you'd like to make use of this service please call us on 0845 838 0771 and we will be happy to discuss your requirements and make the necessary appointments.

Security Policy:

None of our customers has reported fraudulent use of a credit or debit card as a result of purchases made with us. We are so confident about the transaction security we offer on our site that we back every purchase with a security guarantee.

Our secure-server software encrypts all your personal information including credit or debit card number and name and address. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and converts them into bits of code that are then securely transmitted over the Internet
In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00.
If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, Seat-Store.Com Ltd will cover your liability up to £50.00 provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at at Seat.Store.Com Ltd while using the secure server.

A Few Important Notes: This guarantee covers a maximum liability of £50.00. In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Delivery Policy:

Delivery Charges

Seat-Store.Com Ltd charges £15 delivery per chair and £20 delivery on desks to all UK mainland addresses. We can deliver outside of the UK mainland for an additional charge. Please call for details. For orders of more than two items discounts will be given where possible on delivery charges. Please call 0845 838 0771 for further information.

Subject to availability we aim to deliver all chairs within 24 hours if the order is placed before 11am. If orders are placed after 11am we will aim to deliver within 48 hours. Subject to availability we aim to deliver all desk between 7 to 10 working days. Although in most cases these are delivered much sooner. (Approx 3 working days).

Our products are despatched directly from regional distribution centre or the manufacturer. If your order has multiple items, they may not all arrive together (although we aim to do so whenever possible).

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday between 8:30am and 5:30pm (excluding bank holidays). All deliveries will require a signature on delivery. Specified delivery dates available upon request. (Additional £10 charge).

Warranty:

All products are built to the highest standards, using the very best components available and conform to BIFMA, DIN NORM & BS standards. Our Guarantee is offered to reflect our confidence in our manufacturing arrangements.
All chairs are subjected to continuing rigorous and exacting tests of quality, durability and design. Therefore, we are happy to offer 5 years on structural parts and 2 years for moving parts and upholstery, subject always to acceptable normal commercial wear and tear. Our Workstation & desk products carry a full 12 month guarantee .We endeavor to get replacement parts sent out where necessary within 5 working days from receipt of complaint.

Returns Policy:

You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request goods to be returned if not to your satisfaction. These will only be accepted if they are unused, unassembled and in their original packaging. All returns will be inspected before any refund (if applicable) is processed. We reserve the right to make a charge for any incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the unlikely event that furniture is delivered damaged, Please make us aware of this immediately. A suitable replacement will be organised immediately.

If any other products arrive damaged we require notification within 5 working days.

Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see return policy). Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
